1 x Madagascar Dark - Beautifully rich and fruity, our 70% Madagascar is the darkest of our range. Taste notes of cherry, vanilla, maple syrup and raspberry jam.
1 x Honduras Milk - This milk chocolate is creamy and luxurious with deep chocolate tones. Taste notes of fudge, raisins and double cream.
1 x Dominican Salted - Single origin Dominican Republic 68% dark chocolate with taste notes of salted caramel and roasted hazelnuts.
1 x Guatemala Dark - Single-origin Guatemala 68% Dark with taste notes of honey and brown sugar with a yellow fruit finish.
Bare Bones Chocolate is a micro-batch, bean to bar chocolate company based in Glasgow.
'As chocolate and speciality food enthusiasts, we wanted to create our own brand that was built on incredible chocolate with impeccable detail through every process. We make our chocolate in a railway arch in Glasgow's city centre in micro-batches. We roast our cacao on a Giesen coffee roaster and have built and modified a lot of our equipment, to get the best possible quality for our batch sizes. We want to highlight the importance of good chocolate – free from emulsifiers and additives.'
